Alas, when I updated the giveaway to include people from Australia, Canada, and the UK — and increase the number of books to give away — the “Enter” button disappeared. Aarrgh! You should be able to enter when Goodreads approves the change. I’ll comment again when it’s available. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The Goodreads giveaway is back up, now with more copies to give away in the U.S., Canada, Australia, and the U.K.!
